Cable Jointer Toro Recruitment is closely working with a Multi Utility company that offers full turnkey services that focus on support infrastructure builds within the residential and I&C market. The company is looking to grow its operational workforce by adding an additional LV & HV Cable Jointer to hit the ground running. Position Overview: The company work across the UK however, majority of the projects are based in and around London, home counties and also Birmingham, Reading region. We are really looking for someone who is willing to travel/ stay away when required and rest assured accommodation, travel and meal allowance will be provided by the company. Requirements: * Fully qualified cable jointer up to 11kv * DNO/IDNO Authorisation * Commitment and flexibility to travel UK Wide and the willingness to stay away when required * Full UK Drivers Licence * Tickets such as SHEA Electric, First Aid, and Streetworks would be desirable Key Responsibilities: * Install and commission Electrical Infrastructure as instructed, Live HV and LV networks, carrying out jointing, cabling on pre-planned works * Ensuring that all work is undertaken to a high standard of safety and technical quality by following all appropriate generic and specific method statements, work procedures, and safety instructions * Accept delivery of plant and materials * Ensure vehicles, equipment remains in good condition * Record accurately details of work undertaken * Identify and understand utility plans * Manual Handling * Direct support from a jointer's mate What this is offering: * Paying between £42,000 - £50,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week * Any hours worked over 40 are paid at a 1.5x rate and working Sundays/Nights at are 2x rate * Door-to-door pay (At a flat rate) * Working away, accommodation and breakfast/dinner provided * Company vehicle, fuel card, and tools provided * Personalised progression and development road map * 21 days holiday plus bank holidays If you are interested, please click to apply with your most up-to-date CV and if you have any questions, please contact Freddie O'Toole
