Multi Trade Supervisor

Our client is a large national FM Service Provider with a huge range of clients across various sectors. It is currently looking to hire a Multi Trade Supervisor for a contract within the banking sector. As the Multi Trade Supervisor, you will be based around London or the Southeast and willing to travel across the Southeast of England. You will oversee a team of Fabric Technicians and be responsible for delivering ongoing building fabric works and repairs to the bank’s retail branches. This will range and include patching walls, ceilings, replacing floor tiles, and damage caused by general wear and tear. The successful Fabric Supervisor will be responsible for meeting branch managers, visiting the sites, surveys, estimating the works, site set-ups, ensuring the work is completed on time, snagging and then handing the site back to the client. This will be done continually across circa 250 branches across London, Southeast, Kent and South Coast. There will be travel involved and staying away from home from time to time. Our client is offering: * £43,000 basic salary * Van (can be used for personal use) * Days 8am-5pm * 25 days holiday plus bh * Pension * Excellent company benefits.
