Fund Finance Paralegal

Our client, a US law firm, is looking to hire a fund finance paralegal to join its team on a permanent basis.

The role will involve drafting limited partnership agreements, side letters, and offering memorandums on various fund formations. You will also be assisting on fund closings and the formation of new managed account mandates, including liaising with local counsel to ensure all regulatory filings and tax forms are registered.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months‘ experience working as a funds/corporate/PE paralegal from either a law firm or in-house environment.
