Main Purpose of job:

 

Based at the Head Office site in Newmarket, Suffolk working within the internal sales/customer services team liaising with customers about their requirements and preparing specifications on the computer system.



Relationships:

 

a)      Responsible to:  Customer Services Manager

b)     Liaison with: Customers, Production Team, Design Team, Suppliers



Main Tasks of job:

 

·        To efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner


·        To prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for customers


·        To prioritise and set up all customer order requirements


·        To apply excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction


·        To liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs, cost and time restraints


·        To investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist the sales team employees in resolution


·        To provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments as needed
