About Us UCEA Capital Group is an expanding group of companies built around a Family Office. We are engaged in fundraising in the energy, life sciences, technology, real estate, and sports sectors. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we implement a dynamic and far-reaching growth strategy in 2024. Your daily tasks may involve financing a European football team or sourcing alternative energy assets in Lithuania. Every day is different and presents new challenges. We try to make a difference and are engaged in ethical investment such as renewable energy to combat climate change, or raising capital for companies tackling liver disease, so your work will have an impact. What we are looking for: · Strong educational background from a leading academic institution; · Degree in finance or related discipline; · Confident self-starter who is well organised with good attention to detail; · A willingness to roll up your sleeves and support with (mundane) administrative or operational tasks such as printing, photocopying and calendar management; · Excellent verbal and written communications skills; · Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively; · An attention to detail; · Positive attitude, motivated, proactive and outgoing; willing to take initiative and accept responsibility; · Strong people skills, ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives; · A genuine passion for corporate finance; · Strong analytical abilities and numerical skills, good working knowledge of Excel. The role: This is an unpaid 6-month internship. We will reimburse your meal and travel expenses. · Participating actively in the execution of transactions; · Assisting the Head of Corporate Finance in preparing and updating materials with sector research and analysis; · Performing independent research and analyses of target companies; · Assisting team members in the preparation of transaction documents; · Maintaining spreadsheets and CRM systems up-to-date; · Organizing and attending investor events.
