4Site are looking for a Mobile Plumber to join our client for works based in Central London.
Jobe role:
We are a company that offers a reactive service. We rarely work on building sites. It is a very client interactive role. The engineer has to be personable and careful and considerate when operating within client properties. Time keeping is imperative as they need to complete jobs and ensure they work to the days plan in accordance with the girls in the office.
Our client base is 90% word of mouth. Half the team is based in central London and the other half operate out of Newmarket. We are looking for London operatives.
The work we do is not difficult generally but needs a positive can do attitude.
Succesful candidates are supplied with company van and fuel card, standard holiday package and pension contributions.
General day to day jobs might consist of :
- Dripping taps.
- Immersions issues.
- No hot water, no heating faults.
- Silicone work.
- Investigation and tracking of water leaks.
- Some drainage.
- Bathroom installations.
- Powerflushing.
- Radiator installs and valves.
The candidate needs :
- 5 years plumbing experience with some form of qualification.
- A valid driving licence.
- Own tool set up.
- Ability to solder using soft solder as per the UK standards.
- A can do attitude.
- Live within 45 minute commute of Fulham as a benchmark.
- Able to work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Attend an on-call rota every few weekends. This might be 1 in 4 weekends. We do not generally get much call for this, but we need to offer it to our clients in an emergency.
Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000p/a dependant on experience.
