They specialise in European commercial real estate investment management on behalf of major investors from around the world. The firm is dedicated to consistently deliver performance to its longstanding investor partners.The firm is now entering into a capital raising focus as part of their new Fund, following exceptional success in their prior funds - this will be me to empower further investment activity in the coming years. Key responsibilities: Developing an in depth understanding of the firm’s investment criteria and focus, to best position to investor Skilled at building relationships with Sponsors Utilising relations with institutions as well as boutique partners to secure capital raising to deploy across Europe Produce and maintain the suite of marketing documents for fund launches and new product launches Sharp financial analysis to support the capital raising focus Execution of direct property sales, joint ventures, commingled fundraising and other Answer investor queries in a timely and accurate manner Putting together pitchbooks, presentations and financial analysisProduce investor research, competitor analysis and presentations Support investor RFP and due diligence responsesDay to day point contact for existing investors Person specification:Real Estate experience with an analytical capacity – this could be in a generalise Real Estate analyst/modelling role, or within an IR positionSelf-starter, ability to hit the ground running from day one with little supervision Real Estate background is essentialVery strong knowledge experience in a Fund/Asset/Investment ManagementExcellent written skills with exceptional attention to detail Time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills both strategic and numericalExcellent verbal communicator with an ability to articulate ideas accurately and concisely
