Manufacturing Operative

Manufacturing Operative – Southend – Up to 28k I am working with a world leading manufacturing company based near Southend. This company is now looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join their engineering team. The successful candidate will carry out various manufacturing functions within the Upholstery Manufacturing. Responsibilities * Fabrication: Cut parts, shape foam, and bond parts * Tools and Materials: Use hand tools and cover parts with materials * Quality and Maintenance: Ensure quality, perform reworks, and maintain tools * Standards and Safety: Follow rules, maintain cleanliness, and observe safety procedures Requirements * Experience working in Upholstery * Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment advantageous * Able to work well under pressure * Able to work well within a team If you meet the requirements of this role, please apply with an up to date CV and any supporting information
