A well regarded law firm is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor for their Dartford office.
Responsibilities:
To act for a range of clients dealing with non-contentious commercial matters, principally concerning property.
This will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending, including close liaison with financial institutions.
This will also include dealing with business sales and purchases and will also have some limited dealings with residential property matters.
About you:
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload and to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Some experience within residential conveyancing is desirable, confident, commercially minded and a good problem solver.
Salary: £35-55k DOE
