Sure Maintenance, part of Sureserve Compliance (North)are a market leading heating and hot water specialist with over 40 years of successful delivery and a growing client base. We are recruiting for diligent, professional Contract Administrators to join our busy team in Liverpool, working as part of theadministration team looking after our clients and customers.. This role is fixed-term for 6 months initially with a view to going permanent. Overview of the Role Contract Administrators are a key part of the team providing frontline support and outstanding customer service for our social housing and public sector clients Roles and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients Answering telephones and emails from customers and clients, booking appointments, dealing with queries Managing email inboxes and online webchat services, responding appropriately. Scheduling engineers for both planned works and responsive repairs Chasing up incomplete jobs and rescheduling when appropriate Dealing with problems and complaints and escalating when necessary General administration and other duties as required. Relevant Skills and Behaviours: You must have excellent communication and customer serviceskills gained within a customer focused environment. The ability to communicate with clients, residents, engineers and management effectively You will be highly organised and a team player. Be able to thrive in a demanding and dynamic environment You must be IT literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience of domestic gas administration or similar is highly desirable but not essential. Outstanding customer care skills and a professional approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations calmly. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Adaptability and flexibility to deal with fast-changing situations and environments. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Proficiency in English.
