Role Overview: As a High Level Teaching Assistant on a supply basis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of students across various schools. You will be required to respond to day-to-day calls and provide flexible support where needed, ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher. Support individual students and small groups with their learning activities. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress. Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN). Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Relevant qualifications and experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning.
