Manufacturing Operator - Swing Shift

Role: Assembly Operator Site Location: Cheltenham Rate: £15.20 per hour days / £18.55 for Afternoons PAYE Rotating shifts weekly 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Duration: 12-month contract Roles and Responsibilities Assembly following company documentation to build sub-assemblies for complex electronic units to go on aircraft. Tasks could include, wiring, assembling parts using screws and use of Loctite's and solvents. Cable form work, wiring and experience with wire crimping and wire looming an advantage. To manufacture a variety of sub-assemblies for high precision products using appropriate tooling and processes in accordance with the individual's scope of approval. To ensure that all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities The candidate must have experience in a manufacturing assembly environment Being able to read technical drawings
