O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Contracts' Manager with a strong background working on civil engineering projects. Our client are a medium-sized subcontractor who are looking to hire for a range of brand new projects across Central London and the home counties.
The business predominantly does groundworks & frames for various tier 1 contractors.
As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple live projects across their operating area. You will report into the Operations Director with several Project Managers reporting into you.
Candidates must have experience as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager for a leading civil engineering contractor.
