Your new company
Maintenance Manager in Portadown plant is a relatively new role which allows you to put your own stamp on things and shape how maintenance processes are lead. This is a Maintenance Manager role involving 70% management and planning and 30% requirement on the tools to support the team. It's a specialist production setting and working for one of Northern Ireland's top employers.
Your new role
Leading the service Maintenance Team provides the plant from contractor management, planning and shaping how the PM schedule is complete, running the spares budget and planning and delivering upgrade projects across the plant.
What you'll need to succeed
Assuming responsibility for team, budget and department requires you to be time served in a maintenance discipline, either electrical or mechanical, have lead or managed a team within some maintenance area and have worked in a production or processing environment.
What you'll get in return
Remuneration is just over £50000 to include an element of on-call requirement, 31 days annual leave, Life cover, company sick pay scheme
