We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and lead the way in growing our supported accommodation services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. If you’re driven by the idea of creating positive change and building strong partnerships, this could be your perfect role!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building Relationships: Forge meaningful partnerships with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to secure new care contracts and support packages.
- Property Sourcing: Work closely with RSLs to find adaptable properties for adults with complex care needs, ensuring the right environment for supported accommodation.
- Winning Contracts: Lead the submission of tenders and framework agreements to secure new business opportunities, while keeping everything aligned with our goals and regulations.
- Representing the Company: Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our brand and position us as a leader in supported accommodation.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with market trends and use insights to drive strategic growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You’ve worked in business development within the supported accommodation sector, and understand the complex care landscape.
- Sector Knowledge: You’re familiar with working alongside Local Authorities, ICBs, and RSLs and have a successful track record of building partnerships and securing tenders.
- Strong Communication Skills: You’re confident building relationships, negotiating, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Results-Driven: You’re motivated by success and can work both independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding results.
