This role boasts progression, responsibility and excitement.  Our client is a leader and a globally recognised name and with that, offer a best in category training program with dedicated mentorship.  As the Client Administrator you will manage a varied customer base post-sale, raising quotes, invoices and maintaining internal and external relationships.   This is the perfect role to start within the industry and provides clear insights around sales, post sale and client management offering you a career within a thriving market.  Benefits attached to this role:   Minimum £3,000.00 Bonus Scheme which is paid monthly Hybrid Working Pattern Offering 2 Days WFH 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays Day off on your birthday Life assurance of 4 x basic salary and group income protection 5% employer matched pension contributions Private medical insurance and healthcare cash plan following successful completion of probationary period Free parking and complimentary refreshments onsite This Client Administrator opportunity will provide you with the following responsibilities:  Manage customer quotes and aftersales queries Working closely with the External Sales Account Managers Manage receipt of Purchase Orders from clients including Quality Checks and Error Resolution Acquire and keep an up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes Ensure the CRM System is used and updated Assist with the refunds process for customers, dealt with efficiently and effectively Conduct client invoice reporting The ideal candidate for this Client Administrator vacancy will have the below:  A previous exposure supporting a sales function or customer service is essential A previous experience within IT would be advantageous however, not essential A confident communicator with the ability to converse accordingly A willingness to learn and develop High attention to detail and an ability to work with accuracy Naturally self-motivated with the confidence to work to targets
