Smile Education is working closely with a middle school in Redditch that is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Cover Supervisor or Tutor, teaching across various subjects at KS3. This role is ideal for those interested in education and seeking to build experience before pursuing a teaching qualification. Role Overview: In this position, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons and covering classes across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities. You will help support students’ learning and ensure continuity in their education in the absence of their usual teacher. With the school catering to a wide range of social and emotional needs, strong behaviour management and an ability to create a positive, engaging environment are essential. This role is perfect for anyone who is confident, resilient, and passionate about helping students succeed, particularly those who may face challenges in their learning journey.
