Unique opportunity for a facilities / site Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join a prestigious training facility in Chatham, Kent.

The Maintenance Mechanical Fitter will work on inspection, testing and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment used within the technical trade workshops, offices and classrooms covered by MKC Training estates.

The Maintenance Mechanical Fitter should hold relevant qualifications and will work on a variety of equipment to include:
- Machine turning
- Milling
- Bench fitting
- Welding and brazing
- Sheet metal work
- Petrol and diesel engines/generators
- Pumps and hydraulics
- Servicing of small and large machines
- Interpret engineering diagrams and charts
- Ability to work at height
A Full UK driving licence is required.
