Our forward-thinking and innovative client are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be strategically targeting leads and booking in meetings for Business Development Managers with qualified prospects. Company Benefits: * Commission – all company profit share scheme * Company Laptop and Smartphone Provided * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Competitive benefits package * Flexitime * WFH one day per week * Early finish on Friday Key Responsibilities: * Scheduling meetings with prospects * Email & LinkedIn prospects within the target markets * Identifying key opportunities by engaging with prospects who are willing to review their current supplier(s) and consider a more valuable offering * Understand the Sales Process and provide suspects with knowledge of company products and ‘spark interest’ * Hand over key information to the BDM prior to their meeting with a prospect * Be accountable for any prep work required ahead of a meeting * Establish and maintain a good rapport with all prospects, maximising opportunities * Identifying key stakeholders/contacts within the prospective companies, and adding their correct details into the CRM * Ensure that data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date on the company CRM system * Confidently promote the company brand and products to clients Experience and Skills Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in a phone-based Sales focused role * Have considerable B2B experience * Proven history and success in a similar role * Be effective at selling over the phone * Enjoy telemarketing / telesales and have the ability to get around the ‘gate-keeper’ * Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic * display a passion for the company and have a consistently positive attitude * be outgoing and friendly and exceptional at building rapport with a wide range of people * have excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
