A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Electrician to join a very reputable Housing Association on a permanent basis. This is a amazing opportunity to join a successful, friendly and professional team. Your job will involve completing electrical repairs in the housing stock, voids and general responsive repairs.

Requirements:-

Experience of working as an Electrician within a similar role
A proven ability to work independently and within a team
High values in customer service
Good working knowledge of Health and safety
Completed an electrical apprenticeship
Experience of testing in domestic properties
Experience in installing LD2 fire protection systems (Aico )
Qualifications 2391 testing , NVQ level 3 and BSth edition
A flexible approach and good communication skills
Full UK driving licence

In return: -

Salary: 36-37k+ regular overtime payments for On Call participation and enhanced payments at 1.5hrs per call out.
Working Hours: 40(8.00am - 4.30pm)
Van & fuel provided for work use only
Power tools and test equipment provided
