This is an exciting time to join LiveWest as a Project Lead Service Charge. You will lead a small team of project analysts and coordinators to plan and deliver a large, complex high-profile service charge project.Collaborating with several business areas, you will play a key role in ensuring that our systems, processes and people align with our strategic and operational service charge objectives. You will develop a clear project scope, design and clearly defined beneficial and achievable outcomes. You will deliver the project within specified time and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities Provide a methodical, high-quality approach to project development and delivery.
Line management, coaching and development of direct reports.
Facilitate system design workshops and create documents to map current processes and ways of working.
Understand current methods and identify areas of improvement.
Collect, review and refresh service charge related data to support project deliverables.
This role is being offered on a full time , 2 year fixed term basis and can be based in our Exeter , Tolvaddon or Weston-super-Mare office. A hybrid working style is an option.
About The Candidate
To be a successfulProject Lead - Service Charge, you should have the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level 3 role (please see our candidate information pack) and the following: Project Management.
CIH/HNC relevant qualification or equivalent expertise through study and experience. Must be willing to work towards desirable qualification. (D)
CIH accredited membership. (D) Must be willing to work towards.
Experience of delivering service charges operationally or enhanced knowledge of service charge legislation.
Experience of project management and delivering change across large, complex projects.
Strong management experience with the ability to empower team to reach their full potential.
Well-developed leadership skills.
Experience in a customer service/customer care environment.
Experience of improving customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with both internal and external stakeholders.
IT infrastructure experience. (D)
Experience of integrated IT systems. (D)
Business analyst skills. (D)
