CAD Engineer

Our client, a specialist designer and manufacturer of rooflights, roof access and ventilation solutions are expanding their team and recruiting for an experienced CAD Engineer.

The company offers all aspects of daylighting and ventilation for commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential properties. From initial design to complete consultation, bespoke design and final manufacture through to full on-site installation.

The main duties of this position include but is not restricted to:

• Creating drawings of Rooflights, both bespoke and Standard product for customer sign off.
• Creating production drawings.
• Liaising with clients to get drawings signed off.
• Attending meetings with clients to understand project specifications and overcome any installation queries and issues
• Making revisions to models as requested.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the roof light or fenestration industry and 2+ years experience utilising CAD software and/or Inventor.
