Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Project Management team in overseeing the execution of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of architectural and construction projects in London, providing valuable exposure to project management, estimations, client interactions and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution, and closing of projects.
- Support in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
- Assist with site visits, project documentation, and reporting.
- Help ensure that projects comply with UK planning regulations and building standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Managers, ensuring project files are kept up-to-date.
- Support with procurement, contracts, and invoicing processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management in the architecture, construction, or related field.
- On-site experience is essential.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Right to work in the UK is required.
