Kitchen Manager Head Chef

We are seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team in a American Themed Diner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a keen interest in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Schedule;

• Working Potentially every Friday to Monday.

Duties;

• Food production and kitchen operations
• Manage kitchen and front of house staff and provide guidance as needed
• Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to
• Help create and develop new dishes and menus
• Manage inventory and stock levels effectively

Requirements;

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant kitchen environment
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Culinary qualifications or relevant training is advantageous
