Responsibilities • Instructing counsel • Preparing bail applications • Judicial review • Human rights • Asylum matters • EEA applications • Sponsor licence applications • Extension applications The Candidate • Applications are welcome from NQ solicitors with solid experience working within an immigration environment • Experience of handling own caseload is essential • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written • Possess strong IT skills The Firm Our client is a Lexcel accredited practice, who provides the full range of services from their offices headquartered in Bedfordshire.
