This would suit somebody with a varied relevant background, who wants the next move up in their career The role of Production Supervisor includes:- Working closely with the Directors to streamline the production, stores and warehouse function within this small, family-run business Hands-on assembly of components, stainless frames etc to construct casings, pumps, enclosures and motors etc Goods in and goods out Ensuring deadlines are met, and prioritising the work-flows Sending spare parts to customers securely and on time General mechanical assembly To be considered for the role of Production Supervisor, you should have:- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and manage a small team Mechanical assembly knowledge Warehousing and stores experience The ability to learn, improve and work towards expansion of the business Working knowledge of reading CAD 3D designs would be helpful, but training provided Folk lift licence would be beneficial, but training available
