The Position We're looking for a Floor Manager with a fine dining/Michelin Star background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Floor Manager you will be overseeing waiting staff to ensure the smooth running of all sections, as well as lead, train and inspire the team. The successful Floor Manager will have a warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail.
