Senior Mechanical Project Manager - M&E Due to retirement, a Senior Mechanical Project Manager required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. Overseeing around 5 projects at any one time and managing all sub-contract labour, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Requirements: Established Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of managing commercial / industrial installation Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge (plumbing / pipework bias) Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects Procurement knowledge Happy to travel nationally when required Package: Total package £86,000 Base salary around £60,000 Bonus based on gross profit, typically around £20,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent) £6000 car allowance 33 days holiday Apply now for a confidential conversation WR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
