Production Operative

This Production Operative position offers great career progression and an opportunity to develop within a large organisation. Some of the duties include: · Work with the crew to set up jobs in the timeliest manner possible. · Ensure that the levels of Health and Safety, hygiene and housekeeping are maintained to a high standard. · Understand and execute the instructions on the specification sheets relevant to the position. · Stack and send pallets that will travel down the line and are fit for palletisation. · Ensure all pallets are of a first-class presentation. · Immediately report any mechanical issues to the Machine Operator. · General housekeeping. · Maintain a positive can-do attitude. · Heavy Lifting will be required. Hours of work are: * Rotational Shifts – Monday to Friday (full-time): Week 1. Monday to Thursday 06.00am - 2.00pm, Friday 05.00am - 12.00 Week 2. Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 10.00pm, Friday 12.00 - 7.00pm Pay £11.44 per hour to start with.
