Graduate Software Engineer (Summer 2025 Start)About:Our client provides technical consultancy and solutions across multiple sectors, with a focus on security and high-performance data processing. They collaborate with government organizations and technology companies on advanced, high-impact projects.Role Overview:Our client is seeking ambitious, self-motivated graduates to join their team in the summer of 2025. The ideal candidate will possess:A strong academic background, on track to achieve a high 2:1 or a First in a quantitative discipline, or holding a PhD.Exceptional academic performance, including straight A* or A grades at A-level (or equivalent), particularly in Mathematics and Physics.Relevant degree subjects include Computer Science, Electronics, Information Engineering, Physics, and related fields.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in software development, preferably with proficiency in C/C++.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement software solutions for security systems.Create innovative applications for signal, image, and data processing.Work with a variety of programming languages and technologies, including C/C++, HTML, Typescript/Javascript, Python, and Rust.Provide technical support and training for users of the software.Security Requirements:Candidates must be able to obtain and pass DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.British citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
