Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking to join a high growth engineering business where you will lead a team of platers, fabricators and welders to deliver bespoke engineering solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the workshop to manufacture the best quality products at all times
• Continuously oversee health and safety
• Plan projects and production plans to drive output
• Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and stocks/supplies
• Oversee the training and development of staff

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong team leadership and management skills
• Experience working within a fabrication / welding or similar environment
• Excellent health, safety and quality awareness
• Team player
