SEN Primary Teacher

(You may apply for this position without PGCE or QTS status as an Unqualified Teacher if you have appropriate experience and an outstanding CV to support this) Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Merton, London Salary: £150 - £200 per day Start Date: As soon as possible Role and Responsibilities: As a SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Teaching a classroom of children with unique challenges and strengths Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to address individual needs. Requirements: Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in education or related fields (PGCE or QTS highly desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Passion for supporting the educational development of students with diverse needs. Possess empathy, compassion and resilience.
