Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Education Lecturer specializing in Teacher Training/Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and providing personal academic support to students within our Teacher Training/Education programs. This role involves participating in curriculum planning, engaging in student activities, and contributing to the development of innovative teaching methods. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions. Provide academic support and guidance to students. Participate in curriculum planning and development. Engage with student feedback and contribute to quality assurance processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program delivery.Qualifications and Experience: Degree in a relevant subject. Minimum Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy. Postgraduate qualification and PGCE (desirable). Experience in teaching at Further Education level. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
