4Site are seeking an expereinced Quantity Surveyor to join our established contractor who specialise in groundworks, basements, and shell & core projects with projects range from £100K to £3M.
Role:
This role involves a overseeing 2-3 projects at one time. Key responsibilities include cost management, tracking changes, and attending client meetings. You’ll split time between office and sites, with projects across London, Hastings, Peterborough, and the Cotswolds.
