Dual Registered Manager
£65,000 per annum

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to join our team and oversee two separately registered children’s homes. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful difference by managing a 4-bed home for young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and a solo home for young people with complex needs. Both homes have strong foundations and are looking for a skilled Registered Manager who is passionate about achieving “Good” and “Outstanding” ratings.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage two registered services, ensuring each home provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the young people in our care. - Lead, motivate, and develop the staff teams to achieve the best outcomes and deliver high-quality care. - Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations, with a focus on achieving and sustaining high standards. - Build strong relationships with young people, families, and external partners, ensuring the service operates to the highest standards. - Monitor and assess each service’s progress, implementing improvements where necessary to achieve positive inspection outcomes.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as a Registered Manager with a history of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings. - Experience working within children’s services, specifically with EBD and complex needs. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a dedicated team. - In-depth knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding regulations, and best practices in residential care. - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
