Carpenter Multi required - domestic property repairs.
Brief overview of Responsibilities:
Brief overview of Responsibilities:
- Undertaking response maintenance repairs in social housing properties.
- This will include general response repairs / reactive maintenance
- Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, decorating.
- Customer facing role.
- Jobs will be around the SO postcode area.
Requirements:
- Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
