Job Requirements / Description
Patient Care: Assessing patients' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications or treatments as prescribed by doctors. Medical Documentation: Keeping detailed records of patient histories, treatment plans, and progress. Care Coordination: Working with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans. Health Education: Educating patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, as well as promoting healthy living practices. Emergency Response: Responding to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions, and stabilizing patients. Medical Equipment Use: Operating and monitoring medical equipment and devices such as IVs, ventilators, or cardiac monitors. Patient Advocacy: Acting as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers to ensure patient needs and concerns are addressed. Wound Care and Dressings: Caring for surgical sites, wounds, and injuries to prevent infection and promote healing. Patient Support: Offering emotional support to patients and families, especially in critical or end-of-life situations. Compliance with Protocols: Adhering to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and ethical standards to ensure patient safety and quality care.
