In this role you will report to the Digital and Brand Lead andwork on a number of social media client accounts alongside our fast-growing team. You will assist with theday-to-day running of both our company and client social media accounts and collaborate with our social team todeliver the best results to our clients.This role is a perfect fit for an ambitious individual and creative thinker with great organisation skills. The roleprovides a perfect blend of experience across both established and modern sports properties, and the opportunityto develop skills within social media management.Responsibilities & DutiesSocial media content ideation for multiple client accounts (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn,Twitter, YouTube) Publishing and scheduling social media content for multiple client accountsCommunity management and engagementConsistent awareness of social media trends and platform updatesContribution to content calendar creationAnalyse and report on social media performance metricsMaintaining brand style and values in contentCommunicate with stakeholders in a positive and professional mannerOpportunity for light content creation on event, filming and basic editingCandidate RequirementsEssential1-2 years social media experience in a coordinator or executive role, ideally in an agency settingExcellent knowledge and experience with all social media channels (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Facebook,LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)Experience with a fast-paced environment, working with multiple accounts simultaneouslyVery strong awareness of global and in-market social media trendsCan confidently work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneouslySuperior time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling and adapting as necessaryKeen interest and understanding of Formula 1 and other motorsport seriesStrong knowledge and understanding of media landscapeMaintain excellent English language and writing skills Must be willing to work on weekends according to the motorsport calendar (time is given in lieu for eachweekend day worked)Must be willing to travel according to client needs and annual calendar of sporting events Must be a team player and have the confidence to contribute ideasDesirableExperience of working on sporting events with content production and coordination on-eventExperience building and maintaining professional relationships with talent and other major stakeholdersBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere ProExperience using social media analytics software, e.g. BrandwatchExperience and understanding on the business side of global sports properties (sponsorship, broadcast,OTT etc.)Benefits25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New YearFlexible working hours and location (home & office)Positive and personable company cultureCompany pensionCorporate gym membershipRegular team socials
