Due to an internal promotion, there is an opportunity for an experienced Casualty Claims Handler to join an established team.
You will manage a portfolio of Employers & Public Liability losses, including Medical Malpractice claims. Your caseload will typically be 150 files, which will split equally across first notifications and cases that will be managed through to successful conclusion. These files will range between £25K - £100K, with the opportunity to work alongside a senior colleague for developmental purposes for cases reaching £250K.
To be considered, you will be an experienced Claims Handler, dealing with Employers & Public Liability, Medical Malpractice or Clinical Negligence. In addition, we welcome applications from Paralegals or Legal Executives within these lines of business.
In return, you will receive a basic salary up to £45,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
