Account Executive

Position: Account Executive Job Type: Full-time Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year (OTE: £40k - £45k) Location: Truro (must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate) A leading name in B2B communications are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join their established and highly successful team. The Role: This is a professional sales position within a thriving business. While previous experience in high-value advertising or media sales is desirable, it is not essential. With realistic and uncapped earning potential of £35k - £40k in your first year, and £40k+ in your second year, this role offers flexible working options and the opportunity for international travel. Offices are located in Truro, featuring an open-plan layout and free parking.  Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and enhance relationships with new and existing clients. Engage with clients and prospects through phone calls and virtual meetings. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. Negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-business sales. Attend international events to strengthen client relationships and develop new contacts. Achieve revenue targets. Manage and forecast sales pipelines using our CRM system. Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence in telephone and face-to-face interactions. Resilience and a strong drive to succeed. High levels of business acumen, organisation, and IT proficiency. A competitive nature balanced with a commitment to teamwork. What's on Offer: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
