Maintenance Operative - Afternoon's

Wednesday - Sunday 3pm till 10pm. This is a permanent position paying £25,500.00 PA. We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Operative who is friendly, motivated and hard working. You will be assisting management in the provision of an effective service with the day to day running, working in close conjunction and co-operation with local residents. Brief Duties: Attend briefing with line manager & site staff to receive any previous day issues To be conversant with all year site maintenance, health and safety scheduled programs. To be conversant with all door/gate entry systems and report any concerns To report any internal and external maintenance issues Refresh/deep cleaning duties To attend all site and head office training/meetings as and when required To ensure all online E Learning modules are completed To proactively look at ways to improve standards To assist with the monitor of all contracts on site on Health & Safety Basic maintenance repairs to development when required Painting and Decorating Basic Maintenance Skills This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation that will support your growth and develop your skill set.
