The RoleWe are looking for exceptional technologists to join the team at Synthesized to ensure our growth is grounded and guided by strong technical alignment with our platform and the needs of our clients.In this role you will be responsible for guiding our clients to craft and build reliable, scalable systems using our platform. You'll work closely with our Sales team and play a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward. You'll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from cutting-edge scale ups and digital unicorns to the world’s leading financial services institutions.Advise clients on architectures, patterns, and strategies for utilizing SynthesizedExpertly articulate the business value of Synthesized solutionsAlign to support Sales with activities such as technical discovery, demos, proof of value, presentation, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria; working across a number of opportunities in parallelTranslate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits for management and executivesAct as a liaison, collecting feedback from the field to relay back to Product & EngineeringHelp drive demand through participation in pipeline generation activities, trade shows, and field marketing eventsDemonstrate resilience and sound judgment in dealing with business challengesProactively seek opportunities to support and mentor other pre-sales team members and share standard methodologies?? About You5+ years of software development experienceSolid understanding and ability to code with two or more modern scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Node.js) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, C/C++, C#)Experience with developer tooling, and test automation software, including KubernetesPre-sales experience with enterprise softwareExperience selling database, DevOps, test automation technology and/or deploying applications with any of the major cloud providersExperience with database programming and data modelsHave the willingness to wear many hats, be passionate about unblocking issues for clients, and have an excitement for problem-solvingOperate well within fast paced, small teamsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills?
