Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee large-scale tower block and housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and a proven track record of driving projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the site team to achieve project objectives within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and promptly resolve any issues.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections to uphold quality standards.
- Manage project budgets effectively, implementing cost control measures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, preferably with developers on large tower block and housing projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS) and a valid first aid certificate are desirable.
