Key Responsibilities: ‍ Be the face of the technical team, clearly communicating complex requirements to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. ‍ Work closely with Software Engineers and QA Engineers to ensure successful project delivery. Lead the implementation and ongoing support of CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot). ️ Provide troubleshooting and support for CRM-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience Required: ✔️ Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). ️ Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot. Familiarity with SQL databases and their use in business analysis. Proven ability to manage and support CRM implementations. Why Join Us?
