Residential Conveyancer

Are you a skilled Residential Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a caseload of residential property files. You'll work within deadlines, communicating effectively with clients, third parties, and colleagues.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Qualified with experience
• 2-3 years PQE, with experience managing your own caseload from instruction to post-completion
• A team player who can also work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, positive, and committed
• Professional, approachable, and well-presented
• A client following is preferred but not essential
