Auditor Responsibilities & Requirements

• You will provide coaching, mentoring and ensure that all Operatives are receiving the necessary training
• You will assess Operatives on sector 12D projects and supervise and audit 12D works on site if required
• You will identify Operatives capable of further 12D training
• You will deliver Health and Safety briefings and feedback sessions
• You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have a valid UK driving license
