We’re looking for a talented, results-driven Social Media Executive who excels at crafting commercially driven, scroll-stopping content. Taking charge of our Appliances Direct social channels, you will create innovative and engaging content to attract new customers and boost brand loyalty.  You’ll be responsible for growing our follower count, increasing engagement rates, boosting site traffic, driving revenue, and enhancing positive customer vibes. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop captivating visuals, videos, and reels, leveraging user-generated content for authenticity. Campaign Management: Design and run social-only campaigns, integrate social media with broader marketing strategies and host exciting social media competitions and giveaways. Strategy Development: Create and execute a dynamic social media strategy, keep our content calendar vibrant, and drive growth on TikTok. Community Engagement: Engage with our followers, respond to their interactions, and understand and address our customers’ needs and concerns. Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance, share insights, and optimise our approach while monitoring competitors and tech trends. Collaboration: Engage closely with internal teams across marketing, commercial, design, and content to align on broader campaign strategies and category priorities, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging. Additionally, establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors to create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. Your Experience: Experience creating social media content and managing campaigns for a digital retailer. Solid grasp of social platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and X, plus scheduling tools. Skilled in creating visuals and video content. Strong copywriting abilities in line with brand guidelines. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Experience managing social media calendars and workloads.
