Sales Manager

A Sales Manager is required for a business specialising in passive optical network components and solutions, with locations in the UK, France, China, and Romania. The company focuses on sectors including core networks, fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment, data centres, and industrial applications.   Key Responsibilities: Lead sales initiatives across the product range, including active optical equipment (such as ONTs and OLTs), enclosures, cabinets, optical cables and assemblies, connectors, and test and measurement instruments. Build and maintain strong relationships with telecoms clients, delivering customised engineering solutions to meet specific client needs. Drive business growth within the FTTH, data centres, core networks, and industrial sectors. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed and delivered to meet customer requirements, ensuring network reliability. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the telecoms distribution sector.  Ideal Candidate: Experience in telecoms distribution, with strong industry knowledge and contacts. Proven ability to deliver optical network solutions tailored to customer needs. Strong sales acumen, with a focus on expanding market presence and driving growth.  Salary and Benefits: £60,000 - £65,000 base salary. Uncapped commission structure. Company vehicle or car allowance
