The culture is collaborative and friendly, with ample opportunity to liaise with the engineering team, sales, and other departments, with lots of customer interaction.    The successful Technical Support Engineer - Automation will have experience with: Able to communicate proficiently via telephone and email with both internal and external customers. Experience of supporting industrial products going into an automated environment such as; HVAC, industrial fire/safety systems, control systems, robotics or any equipment used in automation. Good knowledge of electrical engineering. A problem solver who is logical, organised and able to keep clear detailed records. Previous experience or working within a Technical Support or applications roles.
