• Projects include Heritage and High End Residential refurbishments, up to 25m project value
• The company have been awarded new projects from a key client and require an ambitious Quantity Surveyor
• All projects are bespoke and they have an outstanding portfolio of work

Role

• You will have full Commercial responsibility for multiple projects.
• Report to a Commercial Manager and have full autonomy to manage all the Commercial aspacts of your projects
• Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.

Person specification

• Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
• Must have high qualit refurbishment experience
• Experience with a reputable contractor.
• Good with relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
